About Me

I am a London-based certified Clinical EFT Practitioner who specialises in Picture Tapping.

I struggled with chronic depression, anxiety, and creative burnout for 15+ years, not fully understanding why, and I just kept powering through by putting a brave face on it. I was trying every self-help method, meditating, journalling, yoga…and yet nothing seemed to be shifting. One day, I decided enough was enough and I made some big changes. I scaled back the fashion business I built, gave up alcohol, started therapy and along the way I discovered the magic of EFT, the missing piece of the puzzle that helped me reconnect my body and mind. 

EFT gave me a tool that helped me tune into my body and actually feel what was going on, process the stuck emotions, disrupt the unhelpful patterns, and make space for new choices. And for the first time in my life, I was able to give myself love and compassion instead of berating myself. I still use this technique to help support myself through the many waves of life, and now support others through their journeys.

Picture Tapping found me just after I finished a Foundation in Art Psychotherapy. I always wanted to find a way to merge both EFT & Therapeutic Art, so when I found this technique I was so excited to train in it! It’s helped both me and my clients in so many ways, especially around releasing perfectionism and reconnecting me to my creative flow.

My mission here is to hold a safe, non-judgemental space for others who have been struggling through life, to help facilitate change and help you physically feel that the relief you seek is literally in the power of your hands.
